變頻冷水機

①管(guan)(guan)(guan)狀熔(rong)融晶(jing)體。在奧花坑機組(zu)的結構設(she)計中,熔(rong)煉裝置一般采用異形管(guan)(guan)(guan)。當濃(nong)(nong)溶(rong)液在換(huan)熱器(qi)內(nei)結晶(jing)時(shi),濃(nong)(nong)溶(rong)液不(bu)能流入(ru)吸收器(qi),發電機內(nei)液位上升。當液位上升到j型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)出口(kou)時(shi),高(gao)溫(wen)濃(nong)(nong)縮溶(rong)液將通過型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)直接進入(ru)吸收塔,然后(hou)溶(rong)液泵將相對高(gao)溫(wen)的溶(rong)液通過換(huan)熱器(qi)送到發電機。一般結晶(jing)不(bu)嚴重時(shi),可采用j管(guan)(guan)(guan)溢流熔(rong)煉法自動恢復機組(zu)正(zheng)常運行。

②結晶嚴重時,可考(kao)慮(lv)以下熔融玻璃步驟:

(1)關閉(bi)冷水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵排(pai)出閥(fa),打開(kai)冷凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)再生閥(fa),引導冷凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進入吸收塔(ta)。當冷水(shui)(shui)(shui)降到下(xia)限,水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵開(kai)始有潛在噪音時,停止制冷劑水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵。
