    螺桿式(shi)常(chang)溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)卻控溫(wen)設(she)備組因其(qi)關(guan)鍵部(bu)件壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機為(wei)(wei)螺桿式(shi)常(chang)溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)卻控溫(wen)設(she)備組而得名。蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)排(pai)出(chu)的(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)為(wei)(wei);經過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機絕熱壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)后(hou),變為(wei)(wei)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)氣(qi)體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)在冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)中(zhong)以(yi)等(deng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)冷(leng)(leng)卻和(he)冷(leng)(leng)凝。經過(guo)(guo)冷(leng)(leng)凝后(hou)變成液(ye)態制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji),再通過(guo)(guo)節流閥膨脹到低壓(ya)(ya)(ya),成為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)液(ye)混合物(wu)(wu)。其(qi)中(zhong),低溫(wen)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下的(de)(de)液(ye)態制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)會吸收蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)內被(bei)冷(leng)(leng)卻物(wu)(wu)質的(de)(de)熱量,再次(ci)成為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)態制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)。氣(qi)體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)通過(guo)(guo)管路再次(ci)進(jin)入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)機,開始(shi)新的(de)(de)循環。這就是制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循環的(de)(de)四個(ge)過(guo)(guo)程和(he)螺桿式(shi)常(chang)溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)卻控溫(wen)設(she)備的(de)(de)主要(yao)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)。

   螺(luo)桿式(shi)常(chang)溫(wen)冷卻(que)控溫(wen)設備的原(yuan)理流程可分為風(feng)冷式(shi)和水(shui)冷式(shi)兩種模(mo)式(shi)。

  

水(shui)機(ji)性(xing)能一:風冷式常溫冷卻控溫設備——特點

1. 冷卻塔免安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)方便(bian),移動方便(bian)。它適用于缺乏(fa)水源的情(qing)況。

制冷機日常維護:
1、加油
1)當油位低于視鏡1/4時,應及時補充潤滑油
2)將加油管一端連接壓縮機進氣端的加油閥,微開加油閥,利用系統中的壓力將加油管內的空氣排出,另一端插入油桶內
3)適當關小系統制冷劑供液閥,并調整吸氣低壓報警設置,以免因壓力過低而停車
4)當吸氣壓力低于大氣壓時,打開加油閥,油會自動進入壓縮機內
5)當油位超過視鏡5/6時,應停止加油操作:先關加油閥,再打開系統供液閥,恢復正常
2、補充制冷劑
1)當判斷系統缺液時,應及時給系統加氟
2)將加氟管一端與系統加氟口相連,另一端與氟瓶相連,通過加氟軟管趕出管內的空氣
3)先打開氟瓶的閥門,確認無泄漏后再開加氟口處的閥門
4)R23系統應將瓶口朝上,而R404A系統應將瓶口朝下,以保證迅速加氟
5)加氟結束時,應先關閉氟瓶的閥門,再關加氟口的閥門
6)制冷劑添加一次不可過多,以免排氣壓力過高。如一次添加不足,可重復進行
7)判斷系統液位正常的依據是,R23系統為停車均壓后的壓力值在6~8bar之間,R404A系統運行中冷凝器的液位在視鏡的1/5~2/5處
3、放空氣
1)當系統壓力明顯高于相應溫度下的飽和壓力時,應考慮放空氣
2)由于空氣只集中在高壓部分,所以應通過冷凝器的排空閥操作
3)高溫系統應在停車時進行,低溫系統**在運行時進行
4)具體操作要精心,絲堵不要開啟過大,也不要遠離現場
5)空氣(qi)操(cao)作(zuo)應分幾次進行,不可一次放(fang)(fang)氣(qi)太多,以免放(fang)(fang)出過量的(de)制冷(leng)劑 [4
